Whooping cough cases increase

green_pill_spill Repeat prescriptions for regular medication can be requested in writing or by use of the slips in reception. Our local pharmacy, Hobb's, will also deliver your request slip to the surgery for you. 48 hours should be allowed for this service.

Please indicate if you wish to collect the prescription from the surgery or if it should be sent to Hobb’s or Boots in Caterham for dispensing.

We are happy to post prescriptions to you, if you provide a stamped addressed envelope.

Telephone requests are not accepted.

Prescriptions will by ready within 48 hours.
