If you need urgent medical advice when the Surgery is closed, you should telephone 0300 130 1305 to access the emergency service provided by Thamesdoc. They may ask you to attend a local Primary Care Centre. Responsibility for the out-of-hours service rests with Surrey Primary Care Trust.

The unit at Parkway Health Centre is open every day of the year. Appointments are not required.

Patients over 16 years can self present with an acute illness or injury.

Urgent Care Centre - Purley War Memorial Hospital
This centre provides treatment for injuries and illnesses which are not life-threatening but need urgent attention. Open seven days a week 8.00am - 8.00pm
